1. Check-In and Check-Out Times:
Our check-out time is until 11:00am, and check-in begins at 3:00pm. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available upon request, subject to availability and an additional cost.
2. Airport Transportation Options:
Arriving at the airport, you have several convenient transportation choices. We offer private transfers upon request, priced at 40€ for up to 3 people. Alternatively, taxis are readily available, with fares typically ranging from 10 to 15€ depending on traffic. Subway access is also nearby, where you can take the red line to S. Sebastião, change to the green line in Alameda, and reach Rossio station, just a short walk from Santa Justa 24. Please note that Santa Justa 24 Street is pedestrian. For convenient access by car, taxi, or Uber, we recommend using Douradores Street No.149 as your drop-off point (please inform your driver of this address).
3. Parking Facilities:
Please note that parking in the historic area is reserved for authorized residents. The nearest parking lot is located in Praça da Figueira, approximately 200 meters away from Santa Justa 24, with a daily rate of approximately €45.00. Alternatively, the Restauradores parking lot, located 700 meters from our apartments, offers a more economical option with a daily rate of approximately €25.00.
4. Exploring Lisbon:
Discovering Lisbon is a breeze from Santa Justa 24. Many of the city's main attractions, including Rossio Square, Baixa, Chiado and Alfama, are just a short walk away. For further exploration, public transportation options such as buses, trams, and subways are easily accessible.

We don’t have reception desk and neither place to store luggage. If you require storage for your luggage after check-out, you have the option to use LUGGit's pick-up and delivery service. This convenient service allows you to enjoy more of our city without the burden of carrying your luggage around. 10. Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome at Santa Justa 24 upon agreement, with an extra charge of 30€ per stay.
