Founded in 2012, Positive Cloud Lda is a family company specialized in real estate asset management (purchase, sale and rental) based in Lisbon.

It all started with a trip to Madrid followed by the determination to build our own business and the passion for traveling, getting to know different cultures, discovering new places, led to the realization of this project.

Pedro, together with his wife, Estela, had the idea of having an accommodation to receive guests where they could feel as if they were in their own home and be able to share experiences and get to know our city.

Over the years, experience in this sector has allowed us sustained growth, based on rigor, transparency and service excellence.

We currently have several accommodation options in the historic area of the city for short, medium and long-term stays.

It's this very experience that we aim to provide when you stay with us at our accommodation.
