Front Desk | Our apartments offer guest assistance and help-desk services for any inquiries or issues during your stay.

Amenities & Equipment | Each apartment is fully equipped with the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. All utensils and equipment are meticulously inventoried, and the removal of any items from the apartment is not allowed.

TV Channels | Select apartments offer access to international channels via a remote-controlled set-top box.

Check-in & Check-out | Check-in is available from 3pm onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11am. During your booking period, you are free to enter the apartment at any time. Early check-ins (before 12pm) and late check-outs (after 11am) are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Internet Access | The building features multiple Wi-Fi access points for your convenience. Access is complimentary, and the code can be found inside the apartment.

Parking | Parking in the neighborhood is reserved for residents only. We recommend using one of the several public parking garages available nearby. Please refer to the map to locate the closest covered parking facilities.

Facilities | Shuttle service (on request, extra charge applies) | Luggage collection and delivery service through LUUGit (extra cost applies) | Praça da Figueira parking 200 meters from the accommodation (extra cost applies).
